Search functionality allows users to quickly find specific processes or tasks on the dashboard by typing a fragment of the process name or task. This feature narrows down the search results to display only matching items, making it easier to locate exactly what you need in a fast and efficient way.

How to use the Search function:

  1. Accessing the search bar: on the dashboard, locate the search bar at the top of the screen.

  2. Type a keyword or fragment: enter a fragment of the main process name or task you are looking for. The search functionality will automatically filter and display results that match your input.

Example Scenarios

  • Scenario 1: Searching for a Corporate Action
If you manage many corporate action items and need to locate a specific ISIN within a process name, simply type part of the ISIN or process name into the search bar. The search will narrow down the results to display only the relevant processes.

  • Scenario 2: Finding client-specific processes
If your process names contain client information, type the client's name into the search bar. The dashboard will instantly filter the results, showing you all processes related to that client, saving you valuable time.
