For new and existing Main Processes/Main Process Templates, you can now add an optional description. The new description field has a 1,000-character limit and supports plain text only. You can paste text from another document, but the formatting doesn't carry over.
Process descriptions are best used to create a general explanation of what activities need to be carried out or can help users to understand nuances such as terms of the Corporate Action š”.
