Some teams have previously set subprocess deadlines a few days before the actual deadline to allow for processing time, as having them appear on the deadline day provides too little notice.
You can configure program subprocesses to appear in advance by setting the number of business days they should be visible before the actual deadline. The dashboard includes an 'Upcoming' section, where all upcoming subprocesses are displayed.
How to: In the Program form, specify the number of calendar days before the deadline that you want a subprocess to appear in the Upcoming section.
For example, if a monthly program is scheduled for the 20th of each month, setting it to appear 10 days before the deadline means it will be visible from the 10th.
