Some processes take several days to complete. If a subprocess only appears on its deadline day, there is not enough time to finish it.

With ‘Show in Upcoming’, a subprocess appears in advance in the Week and Day views, with the number of days left until its deadline.

Week view: Upcoming subprocesses can be shown either in an Upcoming section under each day or in a separate last column. You can switch between the two. This setting only changes your own dashboard.

Day view: Upcoming subprocesses are shown in one Upcoming section at the end of the day.

How to: In the process form, turn on 'Show in upcoming' and enter how many business days before the deadline the subprocess should appear. ​

For example, if a subprocess is due on a Friday and set to appear 5 business days before, it shows in Upcoming from the previous Friday. ​
