Tags provide a flexible way to add another layer of categorization to subprocesses.

Where to find the Tag menu

To create a new tag:

  1. Click the Daymi icon in the left-side menu.

  2. Navigate to Processes - Tags.

Adding a new Tag

There is an Add Tag button in the top right corner.

  1. Enter a Tag name - This is required.

  2. Add a Description (Optional) – While not mandatory, a description can help clarify the tag’s purpose.

  3. Files (Optional) - Attach relevant documents to your tags for easy access and organization.

How Tags are used

Tags allow you to group subprocesses based on specific criteria. For example:

  • If certain subprocesses are related to audit, you can create a tag called 'Audit'.

  • You can then filter the dashboard to display only subprocesses with that tag.

  • When exporting data, you can select subprocesses with a specific tag to generate a targeted report for auditors.

How to Tag subprocesses

When creating or editing a new subprocess:

In the Program form, there is a C section where you can simply choose the appropriate tags for the subprocess.

In the Process form, each subprocess has a small arrow button in front of it. Click this button to expand the subprocess details. You'll find the Tags section, where you can select or update tags.
