On the dashboard, you can work with processes that are made up of a main process and one or more subprocesses. The main process is like a shell that contains the subprocesses, which are designed to be flexible according to your needs.
The main process displays the status of the workflow you are working on with a status bar, as well as the team assigned to the process.
By clicking on the main process, you can view the subsequent steps required to complete the process – the subprocesses.
The subprocess can contain more information about what and how you are supposed to perform a certain task.
Each subprocess has three statuses: Not started 🕔, Started ▶, and Completed ✔. Processes with an approval flow also have functions to reject or approve them.
When a subprocess is marked as complete, the status bar of the main process will update based on the estimated time of the completed subprocess compared to the total estimated time of the entire main process.
