Daymi supports one-off, ad-hoc processes primarily managed by deploying existing templates. These processes are ideal for handling non-scheduled events or processes triggered by specific events, like onboarding a new employee, corporate actions, or annual tax reporting.

In standard views (Day, Week, Year), these ad-hoc processes can sometimes get overlooked within the general workflow or appear in the Overdue section, making them harder to track at a glance.

Projects view

In this view, you can find your current 'Once' type processes and manage individual ad-hoc projects.

There are three sections under Project view:

  • ‘In Progress’ – This section shows all Main Processes that are overdue or have at least one subprocess with the status ‘In Progress’ or ‘Done’, regardless of the deadline.

  • ‘Completed’ – This section shows all Main Processes that are completed and have a deadline from 10 calendar days before today to 20 calendar days ahead.

  • ‘Upcoming’ – This section shows Main Processes with the status ‘Not Started’ and a deadline within the next 10 calendar days.

Once view

To avoid overcrowding the Projects view, all other one-off ‘Once’ processes that do not meet the criteria listed above will be stored in the Once view. We recommend using this section as your archive storage.

Easily adjust deadlines from the sidebar

By opening the sidebar and going to Details, you can easily push the deadline by simply changing the date.
