Snooze deadlines

Use Case:

Deadlines often shift due to changes in processes such as board meetings or regulatory reviews, requiring related tasks to adjust accordingly. For instance, if a quarterly board meeting moves from the 5th business day of a specific month to the 10th, tasks like preparing board packs should also shift.

Similarly, processes like 'Review and Renew PRIIPS KID' may depend on external events, like account publication. If those are delayed, the process shouldn’t be overdue just because it’s waiting on something else.

How It Works

  • Access snoozing. The snoozing option is available via the three dots on the subprocess card.

  • Snoozing rules:

    • Programs can only be delayed within the same frequency period (e.g., within the same quarter for quarterly programs).

    • Processes can be delayed as much as needed; however, the period they belong to will remain unchanged.

    • Daily processes cannot be snoozed.

Custom dashboards

At the top of the screen, you have a few tabs - dashboard, overview, projects, and routines - that support most of your workflows. We are introducing a custom dashboard feature that will, in the future, allow you to have tailored dashboards for specific processes. For example:

  • A corporate actions board that displays only 'once' type processes for a specific period of time.

  • A monthly dashboard showing only monthly NAV, with the ability to select a fund from the categories list.

  • An ad-hoc tasks board for managing ongoing ad-hoc tasks.

And much more!

This feature is not currently available for all accounts, but we would be happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Our future goal is to help you tailor dashboards to your team's needs while ensuring they are easy to manage.
