Client Details Page
You can now view everything linked to a category - including processes, issues, and external contacts - directly from the Process → Categories page.
For teams using categories to represent work areas (e.g. Reconciliation, NAV, Risk), this provides a clearer, more connected view of related items.
For service providers who’ve renamed categories to Clients (Daymi can help with this), the view effectively becomes a Client database, where each client page shows all related items in one place.
New Issue Status: Closed
You can now mark issues as Closed - even if they weren’t resolved. This is useful for tracking issues that were acknowledged but won’t be acted on.
Use it to reflect cases that are written off, no longer relevant, or outside your control.
Custom Dashboard Updates
Open Previous Month by Default
Monthly dashboards can now open in the previous month by default - so if you're working on March (last month), you won’t land in April first.
'Next Item' Column in NAV Report
We’ve added a 'Next Item' column to the NAV report dashboard. This helps you see what’s coming up next and better track where each NAV item stands.
Quick Access to Subprocess Details
Click a subprocess name in the NAV dashboard to open its details in the sidebar for faster review.
Categories & Tags Available in My Tasks
You can now add categories and tags to tasks in your personal My tasks list. This update is perfect if you want to use your personal task list for more work-related tasks.
Planning Mode: Expanded Assignment Copying
Planning Mode now lets you copy assignments from further back than just the last day, week, or month. This helps you rotate assignments and manage them in more varied ways.
