Whatâs new?
The Viewer role is now available as a global and team-level role, depending on your organizationâs setup:
Without team boundaries:
Viewers have read-only access to dashboards and issues across the entire organization. They cannot create, edit, or update any content.
âWith team boundaries enabled:
Viewers can only see dashboards and issues within teams they are a member of. All access remains read-only - no edits or updates allowed.
