With Daymi, team leads and managers can send emails directly from the platform to a predefined list of recipients. Emails can automatically include the Subprocess Performance stats table for daily progress updates, or simply use a saved template with a custom message and optional attachments - ideal for recurring communications without extra effort.

Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help you configure Email Reporting for your team.

How It Works

With Email Reporting, you can:

  • Send emails to a set list of recipients (To, BCC options included).

  • Add a subject and message body, just like a regular email account.

  • Attach files directly from your device.

  • Automatically include the Subprocess Performance report, with full control over the reporting period.

  • Save time with reusable email templates that support dynamic variables (e.g., Today’s date)

  • Apply filters (by team, process, tags, or categories) to customize which subprocess results are included in the report.

All emails sent are tracked in Daymi with a timestamp, sender details, recipients, and attachments for full audit visibility.

Sending an Email Report

  1. Open the Dashboard

    • Once all subprocesses for the day are complete, click the Email button.

  2. Review and Customize

    • A modal window will open where you can:

      • Review the Subprocess Performance Report (status, comments, issues, performer, etc.).

      • Add a message to your recipients.

      • Upload file attachments.

  3. Send

    • Click Send Email to distribute the email to the pre-defined recipient list.

  4. Recipients Receive the Report

    • The email will contain:

      • Your added message.

      • The Subprocess Performance Report content.

      • Any uploaded attachments.

  5. Audit Trail

    • Every email is logged as a separate card in Daymi’s dashboard with details on who sent it, when it was sent, and to whom.

Previously in Daymi

Before Email Reporting, users had to set up a separate process card (often named 'Sign off on today’s tasks'). At the end of the day, they needed to:

  • Export the Subprocess Performance report.

  • Attach it to the process card (subprocess entity).

  • Send it manually from their own email account, or ask colleagues to check status updates in Daymi directly.
