New Features

Main Process History Tracking

You can now view the full change history at the Main Process level (for example, changes to attributes such as the Main Process name, assigned teams, and more). Previously, only Subprocess history was available in the UI.

Where to find it: Go to Processes → select a Main Process → History tab.

Add Evidence Comment Across Multiple Subprocesses

You can now add the same comment (for example, a SharePoint link) to multiple related subprocesses in one step. This is useful when several subprocesses within the same Main Process require the same evidence but are assigned to different departments, and everyone must review the evidence before marking their subprocess as done.

When you mark a subprocess as Done, a dialog opens where you:

  • Add a required comment

  • Choose which related subprocesses should also receive it

The comment is added to all selected subprocesses within the same period, and the subprocess is marked as Done.
