Release date: 2026-03-07

Written by Kestutis Vansavicius
Updated over a month ago

We are introducing enhanced support for timezone management within the same workspace, to better support teams and businesses spread across several timezones.

This release includes:

  • User Timezone (enabled for all users)

  • Process-level Timezones (avalaible at request)

  • US Date Format

  • Default Due Date for New Tasks

User Timezone

Each user can set their own timezone, independent of the organisation’s default timezone.

Changing this setting will render all deadlines, and other time-based information, in the users chosen timezone.

  • The User Timezone is initially set to the organization’s timezone

  • Users can change it at any time

  • Dashboard and reports reflect time in the users chosen timezone

To update your User Timezone:

  1. Click your avatar (bottom left corner)

  2. Go to Profile

  3. Select your preferred Timezone

Process Timezones

Organisations operating across multiple regions can now assign a specific timezone at process level.

Example:
An investment management firm headquartered in New York may have an operations team in Singapore handling fund administration tasks aligned with Asian market hours. These processes can now be configured in the Singapore timezone - even if the organisation’s primary timezone is New York.

Process deadlines always reflect the correct local time and no issues when regions enter DST or other adjustments, not coordinated between the regions

If you would like to activate the Process Timezones feature, please contact us at [email protected], and we will be happy to discuss the setup for your organisation.

US Date Format Introduced

Users who choose a US timezone (America) will now see dates displayed in the MM/DD/YYYY format.

This change applies only to the date format. Other time and calendar settings remain unchanged:

  • Date format: MM/DD/YYYY

  • Time format: 24-hour format (unchanged)

  • Week start: Monday remains the first day of the week

Default Due Date for New Tasks

We added a new setting that automatically assigns a default due date to tasks created without one. Tasks created without a due date will receive an auto-assigned due date (current time minus 1 minute), ensuring they appear in dashboard views immediately.

If you would like this setting enabled for your workspace, contact [email protected]

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: Completed subprocesses appearing in Overdue.
Resolved an issue where completed subprocesses could appear in the Overdue section when the same process contained other deadlines (today or upcoming). Completed items are now correctly excluded from Overdue.
