Templates are used as blueprints to manage event-driven tasks efficiently - for example, corporate actions, product approvals, or client onboarding.

When events like dividends, rights issues, or stock splits occur, you can quickly deploy a pre-defined process, ensuring accuracy and consistency every time.

How to Start

  1. On the Dashboard, click the ➕ icon.

  2. Choose Select a template.

  3. Select the relevant template.

Before deploying a template, there are a few things to review:

  • Rename the main process
Edit the main process name to make it unique. This helps you easily distinguish it on the dashboard and in process registries.

  • Set the T-date
In the configuration step, choose the T-date on which your process will be projected. This allows you to automatically adjust subprocess deadlines without manual effort.

  • Final check
Make sure all required tasks are included, then click Deploy Process.
