Bug fixes and enhancements
Multiple Calendars
You can now create and manage multiple business day calendars and assign them to individual processes (and templates).
What’s new:
Create and manage multiple business day calendars
Assign a specific calendar to each process
Deadlines and scheduling follow only the assigned calendar
Why it matters:
Previously, one holiday setup applied to everything, making regional differences hard to manage. Now you can:
Run required processes during local holidays
e.g. EU reporting continues even if the UK is on a bank holidaySchedule based on the active region
e.g. A process can run based on US working days, even if part of the team is based in another regionHandle exceptions at process level
e.g. Let critical processes run on Swedish 'red days' while others stay paused

Automatic team setup with SSO
Signing in with SSO just got smoother. Users can now be automatically added to the right teams (and roles) as soon as they log in.
What this means:
No more waiting for manual setup after first login
Your IT team can predefine who belongs to which team using MS Entra
You’ll be placed in the right team(s) automatically when you sign in
If roles are configured in MS Entra as well, you’ll get the appropriate level of access (otherwise you’ll default to a standard user)

Copy Process
You can now copy an existing process and reuse it, without creating a template. Either right-click on the main process card on the dashboard, or from the Process register to immediately get a copy of the process in the creation form.
What this means:
Copy a process in one click and start from an existing setup
Adjust steps, remove or add items, and update details as needed
Ideal for quickly creating a workflow similiar to another one, already created
Keeps your template library clean - no need to create dozens of one-off templates
Dashboard improvements
We’ve re-added real-time movement of ad-hoc tasks when a user does an action that deliberately should move the task such as changing deadline or priority, but keeping it's position when completing the task.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where emails sent to a task creation address failed if the address contained capital letters, such as
[email protected]. Task creation via email now works correctly regardless of letter casing in the address.
