Team-Based Custom Fields
Daymi now supports Custom Fields for subprocesses and ad-hoc tasks, adding extra classification layers beyond the existing mandatory Categories structure.
Example Structure
Layer | Purpose | Example |
Categories | Primary mandatory classification | Reconciliation, NAV, Risk |
Tag 1 | Controls or compliance grouping | ISAE, AML/CFT, GDPR |
Tag 2 | Source of requests or workload tracking | Portfolio Manager A, Portfolio Manager B |
Custom Fields can be configured as either single select or multi select depending on the use case.
Custom Field values can be linked to specific teams, so users only see the options relevant to their own department when creating or updating tasks and processes.
Teams can also decide whether a field should be mandatory or optional depending on their workflow requirements.
This helps keep workflows cleaner, more consistent, and tailored to each department’s operational needs.
Custom Fields are available as an Enterprise feature. Please contact Daymi Support at [email protected] if you would like to discuss enabling this functionality for your organization. |
Required Fields on Ad-Hoc Task Completion
As part of the new Custom Fields functionality, Daymi can now require selected fields to be completed before an ad-hoc task can be marked as done.
If required information is missing, users will see a popup showing only the fields that still need to be completed.
Requirements can be configured differently for each team, helping improve consistency, reporting, and operational oversight across workflows.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where newly added or updated subtasks were not appearing in subprocess history after editing a subprocess. We also resolved an error that could occur when saving these changes.
Other - Performance Reports UI
We have released the first version of the new Main Process Performance and Subprocess Performance reporting UI.
The feature is still under active development and not yet publicly released, but we continue to expand and improve the reporting experience.
