Field Types
Custom Fields can be configured as:
Single Select - users can choose one value
Multi Select - users can choose multiple values
This allows teams to adapt fields to different operational and reporting requirements.
Team-Based Visibility
Custom Field values can be linked to specific teams.
Users will only see the options relevant to their department when creating or updating subprocesses and ad-hoc tasks.
