New in Issue Log: Issue Type

Better control of your issues with the new Issue Type

Issue Type

Our new field, Issue Type, is available as a way to classify the issues that affect you, your team, and your business. Give each issue its own classification, separate from the tags and categories it inherits from its process. Classify by vendor, broker, internal matter, valuation, or whatever fits your reporting and oversight needs.


Managing Issue Types & Adding values

Under Processes -> Issue Type, you can:

  • Create and edit issue types

Examples of Issue Types:

  • Broker

  • Vendor

  • Internal

  • IT


Adding Issue Type to an Issue

Each issue can now have one or several Issue Type values. When you create an issue, you can see the new Issue Type dropdown in the form.


Issue Log Table

The issue log table now features a horizontal scroll bar, so you can scroll through all the values, including the new Issue Type values associated with the issues.

All the new values are also available in the existing CSV export.


Advanced configuration

Do you want more depth, with more fields where you can specifically choose the vendor, broker or a more granular sub-reasons for the issue? Then contact us. The extra depth can be used for your third-party oversight as part of your Dora oversight, for example, or to make internal reporting even more detailed.
