Multi-Step Approvals
We've expanded Approvals so a request can now be reviewed by more than one approver, in order. Read the full article on how to use it here.

What's new:
Define up to 6 approval steps Build an approval workflow with up to 6 sequential steps for a request type, instead of a single approval. A request is approved only once every step in the workflow has approved it.

Assign approvers and enforce separation of duties Hand each step to the owner team's admins or specific named users. A requester can never approve their own request, and the same reviewer can't approve two steps in a row.
Custom Fields in Scorecard and Missed Deadlines Report
You can now filter by custom fields in Scorecard, and set them in the Missed Deadlines report settings.
