Correct a subprocess's completion date and time
If a subprocess was actually finished on time but marked done a bit late, a team admin or super admin can now correct the recorded completion date and time. Reports and dashboards will count it as completed on the corrected date, and the audit trail shows what was changed, by whom, when, and why.

Mention a colleague in a subprocess comment
You can now mention a colleague in a subprocess comment by typing @ and picking their name. They'll get an email with the subprocess's name, deadline, your comment, and a link straight to it, so nothing gets lost outside the product.
Easier-to-read attachment previews
Attachment previews, especially PDFs, are now much easier to read on both phone and desktop. Zooming and rotating work properly on mobile, PDFs load faster and resize correctly on desktop, and you can download or open a file elsewhere if our preview isn't the right tool for it.
Require a comment before a subprocess can be completed
For subprocesses where the outcome matters, you can now require a comment before someone can mark it complete. Contact [email protected] to enable this.
Bug Fixes
Activating a subprocess of a program no longer returns a server error (the activation itself always worked - only the error message was wrong).
Subprocess history no longer shows a fake classification change right after creation.
