New Features
Planner: three ways to plan
Planning now offers three views, so you can choose the one that fits how your team works.
Board
Plan in the same card layout as the dashboard.
āTable (new)
See every process grouped by frequency (you can also select other grouping options). Select the range you want to plan, and assign people to each deadline in a calendar view.Static assignment (new)
If your team rarely rotates, set a permanent maker and approver for each subprocess. They carry over to upcoming deadlines automatically, so you do not need to plan them each period. Hold Ctrl (or Cmd) to select several subprocesses and assign the same person to all of them at once.
āA new permanent assignee takes over all unfinished deadlines from the start of the current period onwards. Earlier periods stay as they are.
Completed deadlines keep their assignee. A deadline marked N/A counts as completed only if the subprocess does not require approval.
If you pick someone for a specific deadline in the same plan, that deadline keeps them.
You can see the effect in the Table view before you finalize the plan.
Changes are applied when you finalize the plan and can take a few seconds to appear.
Available to users who can edit process configuration.
Issue log: categories and tags on standalone issues
Standalone issues (Issues ā Add Issue) can now be linked to one or more categories and tags. Previously, this was not possible.
Choose categories and tags when you create the issue, or add and change them at any time afterwards.
Once linked, the issue appears everywhere that category's or tag's issues appear, including the category page and category-based reports such as the time report.
Issues raised from a subprocess are unchanged. They still take their categories and tags from the subprocess.
