Organizations can now require a second step when people sign in with a password: a code from an authenticator app or a code sent by email. Administrators choose the level in <b>Settings → Security</b> and can reset a member’s second step if they lose their phone. Anyone can turn on an authenticator app for their own account. Signing in with Microsoft or inside Teams is unchanged.
