T+/- scheduling

If you work in asset management, you’re likely familiar with T+1, T+2, or T+3 - shorthand for settlement dates that occur one, two, or three days after a trade (the T-date).

Daymi applies the same concept to Process Templates.

With T+/- scheduling, you can define subprocess deadlines relative to a chosen T-date and even add notifications to ensure timely follow-up.

  • T+1 means the subprocess is due one business day after the T-date.

  • T-3 means the subprocess appears three business days before the T-date.

This approach makes it easy to manage event-driven or time-sensitive workflows — such as corporate actions, reporting cycles, or onboarding tasks - all anchored around a key date.

Reduce manual work

The deployment view has a configuration step where you can choose the T-date on which your process will be projected. This allows you to adjust subprocess deadlines easily without time-consuming manual work.

Notifications

When you are working through a project, you are going to want to receive automated notifications about the next steps or completed actions.

Daymi allows all admin users to create templates for different reminders and have them automatically added when a process template is being used.

Projects View

Project View allows you to:

• View all your current ‘Once’ processes in one place.

• Track and monitor ad-hoc projects’ progress and timeline.

• Hide Projects from Today’s view.
