Bug fixes

  • Resolved an issue where the 'Snooze Deadline' function moved deadlines by two weekdays instead of one when a bank holiday occurred, particularly at the start of the month.

  • Resolved an issue in the audit trail CSV report where the Routine time for 'Once' type subprocesses differed from the Deadline column by +1 hour due to timezone settings. No other data points in the report were affected.

  • Resolved an error that occurred when creating a program, for example, with a Yearly schedule using today's date (e.g., January 6, 2025) and then attempting to change it to an earlier date (e.g., January 5). This issue affected all program schedule types except Daily and Once and occurred with newly created processes that had not yet passed their period.

  • Biweekly and Bimonthly process periods are now correctly adjusted when holidays are added or removed. Previously, it caused a duplicate processes to be created in the dashboard.

  • Fixed an issue with dashboard notifications where the process card would turn red under certain conditions and at a specific time. The card remained red even after the process was completed unless it was opened and closed again.

  • If no filters (team, tags, or categories) are selected for the missed deadline report setting, the report will now be sent. It will include all processes added to the system for every team.
