Processes & Programs 🛠️

  • New Process Form: Simplifies management of monthly, quarterly, and yearly processes, built around 'T-Date' for extended timelines.

  • Programs: Renamed from 'Processes'; ideal for managing subprocesses with varying frequencies.

Enhanced Views 🗓️

  • Column View: Calendar-style for clear process visualization.

  • Week View: Detailed weekly planning at a glance.

  • Year View: Comprehensive annual schedule for high-level planning.

Tasks ✅

  • Ad-hoc Tasks on Dashboard: You can bring your ad-hoc tasks to the dashboard. Just set a due date, and it will be placed on that specific date on the dashboard, where you can have them together with your recurring processes.

  • Task Time Tracking: Add durations to tasks for time management and reporting, including client billing.

  • Text Editor for Tasks: You can now add formatted text and copy-paste images into tasks.

Issues 🛑

  • Time Tracking for Issues: Users can now log the time spent resolving an issue and track the total duration from open to resolved. Includes CSV reporting for in-depth analysis.

  • Impact Field: Categorize issues based on their impact for better prioritization.

  • Responsible Field: Assign responsibility to issues and notify the assigned party automatically.

  • Issue ID: Track and identify issues easily with a unique ID.

  • Issues Guide: Step-by-step guidance for efficient issue and incident handling.

Dashboard & Navigation Improvements 🚀

  • Compact Dashboard Design: The top bar, date selector, and process cards are smaller, fitting better on your screen.

  • Overdue Section Adjustments: The overdue section is visible only for the current day or week in the new views, reducing clutter in other timeframes. It now also includes overdue daily processes from previous days.

  • Group Processes by Categories or Tags: Simplifies navigation and allows tracking progress by client, fund, or process category.

  • Search Functionality: Users can now search the dashboard by typing a fragment of a main process name or task.

  • Filter Presets: Allows you to save your preferred filters.

  • Custom Dashboards: The new feature lets you create tailored views, such as boards for one-time processes, monthly NAV tasks, or ad-hoc activities, enhancing workflow focus and efficiency.

Snooze Deadlines ⏳

  • Snooze Deadlines: Processes and tasks can now be snoozed to adjust for shifting deadlines like board meetings or external dependencies.

Process Management 🗂️

  • Subprocesses with Multiple Categories: Subprocesses can have multiple categories assigned, eliminating the need for creating a category group to apply multiple categories to a subprocess.

  • Subtasks for Processes: Allows you to structure your processes more effectively and in a better order.

Scheduling & Templates 📆

  • Pre-set Dates for Templates: When creating a template, you can now set a specific date, not just T+0 schedules. Use case: setting annual schedules for audits or reporting with predefined deadlines.

  • Bi-weekly and Bi-monthly Schedule: Users can now schedule processes on a bi-weekly or bi-monthly basis by ticking the corresponding checkbox.

  • Template Descriptions: In the deployment view, users can open a description to check for important notes about scheduling or modifications required before creating the process.

  • Monthly Sections in the 'Projects' View: Each process is automatically sorted into a month section based on the first subprocess deadline.

Planner 📝

  • Planner Feature (First Version): Assign roles (Maker, Approver, and Backup) to each subprocess.

  • My Work Tab: Displays only your assigned processes and tasks for the selected time period.

Analytics 📊

  • Drill-downs in Analytics: Click on Subprocess Performance or Error chart bars to see items they contain. Perfect for audits, with quick access to missed processes or errors for the selected period.

  • 'Once' Processes Chart: Separate chart for project follow-up. First deadline determines when it appears, with sorting by tags or categories.

Reports 📄

  • Improved Backup Report: During regulatory reviews or operational due diligence (ODD), you can export the Daymi backup report instead of explaining processes through fragmented documents.

User Experience Enhancements 🌙

  • Dark Theme: An option to switch to a dark theme is now available.

  • Focus Mode: Use the 'Highlight not done" toggle to hide completed tasks and only see those still in progress.

Notifications 🔔

  • Enhanced Notifications: Latest comments on subprocesses are now included in notification messages.

  • Flexible Report Times: Users now have the flexibility to choose the exact time they wish to receive their missed deadlines report.

User Settings 👥

  • Invite Users with Team and Access Assignments: Streamlines the process of adding new users.
