New Features

Right-Click Actions in Dashboard & Planner. We’ve made it easier to work directly from the dashboard by introducing right-click functionality on process cards. This opens a contextual menu with quick access to key actions - no need to navigate away or open side panels.

On Main Process cards:

  • Open Main Process details - go directly to the full process details page.

  • Change Process - quick access to the edit form.

  • Assign Maker/Approver – for Planner-enabled orgs, quickly assign a maker/approver to all subprocesses of the main process.

On Subprocess cards:

  • View Notifications – quick access to the notifications settings page.

  • Change Subprocess – open the edit form with one click.

  • Change Status – update the subprocess status.

  • Snooze – if allowed, postpone to a new deadline.

  • Assign Maker/Approver – for Planner-enabled orgs, assign or reassign directly on the subprocess.

Click Avatar (Planner users only) – quickly reassign makers/approvers with a single click from the process card.

In Planner mode (for organizations with Planner access):

  • Right-click also works in Planner - quickly make updates to the plan.

We’ve added weekly, monthly, and quarterly date range options to the Scorecard feature to align it with Analytics. This gives you more flexibility to create Scorecards that match your reporting needs - for example, quarterly reports shared with clients or used internally.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: In the dashboard, when two users were working on the same process - one completing it as done, and the other handling the approval - the main process card could remain open in the background for the approver after they closed it. This caused overlapping UI elements, making it confusing to open or interact with other process cards.

  • Previously, changing the maker in the sidebar updated the dashboard in real time, but the sidebar itself didn’t always reflect the new selection until the page was refreshed. This is now fixed - the sidebar now updates instantly and stays in sync with the dashboard.

  • When accessing the Planner in a custom dashboard, the date range and view mode now remain as previously set instead of resetting.

  • Clients using long category names (often fund names) experienced display issues in the new process form - names didn’t fit properly in the multiselect modal or subprocess list. This has now been resolved.
