Changes to Team-Based Access in Daymi

Previously, Team-Based Access (for organizations with team boundaries) applied primarily to dashboards. With this update, access restrictions will also extend to all other views. Users will only be able to view and interact with information related to the teams they are assigned to.

We're also introducing Team Admin roles for more granular control. Team Admins who don't have the global Super Admin role can't access or manage organization-wide settings, but they can manage their team's process register, reports, and settings, as well as invite new users to the team and assign roles.

You can review the updated access behavior and guidance here.

Client categorization in Contacts

We released an enhancement to the Contacts List feature: new Categories and Category Groups columns have been added. For teams using Clients as categories, this makes it easy to assign and view contacts by client - bringing greater clarity and structure, especially when multiple clients share contacts from the same company.

Grouped by Categories: easier to see progress

When your dashboard is grouped by Categories or Category Groups, it's now easier to track progress. We’ve added a completion percentage to show how much of the grouped content is done.

The segmented progress bar now also works in grouped views, making it clearer what’s completed and what’s pending.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where deleting or editing a comment did not update the sidebar immediately. The sidebar now correctly reflects the latest comment state without needing a manual refresh.

  • Fixed a bug where subprocesses moved to a different main process continued to open the original process edit form in Analytics. The correct edit form now opens as expected.

  • Addressed an issue where real-time updates from the Dashboard were not visible to users in the Routines or Projects views. Status updates now sync properly across all views.

  • Fixed a problem where modifying the default rejection notification (e.g., changing the timing or recipients) caused it to stop working. Edited notifications now send as intended.

  • Inactive teams were still appearing in the planning sidebar before entering planning mode. These teams are now hidden.

  • Subprocess order in template deployment preview now matches the T+0 schedule in process details.

  • Deactivated users now show correct avatars and names in the assignment filter and dashboard process cards.

  • The Frequency column in the subprocesses list now correctly displays the frequency type for biweekly and bimonthly subprocesses.
