Whether you prefer lists, columns, or cards – or want to highlight what's most important – here’s how to make the Dashboard truly yours.

In this article we will go through the View settings for the Dashboard.

Layout

Choose how your processes are displayed:

  • List View – A compact overview, great for quick scanning.

  • Card View – Shows more details per process at a glance.

  • Column (Kanban) View – Organize and move processes between columns, perfect for tracking progress visually.

Grouping

Group your processes by:

  • Category

  • Tag

  • Assignee

This helps you track progress easily even when working with many processes. Perfect for tracking key controls associated to specific frameworks like ISAE3402 or working with multiple clients.

Sorting

Control the order of how processes appear on your Dashboard by choosing a sorting method that fits your workflow.

You can sort by:

  • Next Deadline – Prioritize based on what’s coming up soonest. Ideal for time-sensitive work.

  • Priority – See the most critical processes at the top.

  • Alphabetical – A straightforward A–Z view, great for larger lists or when you know exactly what you’re looking for.

Highlight

Enable the Highlight toggle to add a subtle shade to completed processes, making incomplete ones stand out clearly. It’s a simple way to focus on what still needs attention.

Market Holidays

Turn on Market Holidays to display relevant holidays on your Dashboard – based on the calendars your organization subscribes to (learn how to set that up [here]).

This feature is powered by Tradinghours.com and is ideal for teams working across financial markets.

Show assigments

Enable Show Assignments to display who is assigned to each process – or if it's currently unassigned. Users with the right permissions can assign or reassign tasks with one click directly from the Dashboard. (Learn more about Daymi Planner [here].)

Segmented Progress Bar

This allows you to see more details of process progress directly on the Main Process card, including segments representing subprocesses, dominant statuses, and any unusual execution patterns - without needing to open each process in the dashboard.
