New Features

Email Reporting

Users can now send emails directly from Daymi to a predefined list of recipients.
Emails can include:

  • Subprocess performance tables with status updates for selected time range

  • Saved templates with custom messages and optional attachments

This makes recurring communications faster, more consistent, and effortless.

👉 Read more about how it works, and reach out to [email protected] if you’d like to give it a try.

Action-Required Completion Modal for Subprocesses

We’ve introduced an action-required modal for specific subprocesses, ensuring they can only be completed once the required steps are acknowledged.

How it works:

  • When a user clicks Done, a modal appears with information about what needs to be completed before finalizing.

  • The user takes the actions described in the modal before marking the entity as completed.

  • This modal will appear every time the user tries to complete this subprocess.

👉 To enable this for your subprocesses, please contact [email protected].

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed: In the new process deployment view, when selecting Deploy process and start new, an extensive list of templates previously extended beyond the visible screen area without showing a scrollbar.

  • Fixed in-app color notification on card: if a task requires 4-eyes approval but is completed by only one user, it will still glow red until the final approver marks it as approved.
