New Features
N/A Status
We’ve introduced a new N/A (Not Applicable) status for subprocesses.
Previously, users had to add comments (e.g., "no fund orders") when a subprocess didn’t require action that day, and then mark it as done. Now, you can simply set the subprocess to N/A, which still completes the overall main process while giving a clearer and more accurate status.
How to use: Right-click the subprocess and select N/A.
Dashboard clarity: N/A subprocesses appear in a lighter green with a small N/A label.
Approval handling: If a subprocess requires a four-eyes (approval) check, setting it to N/A will still trigger approval before completion (e.g., no fund orders, but a colleague must confirm).
Reporting: Subprocesses marked as N/A are fully traceable in reports with this status.
Shared Processes (Process Mirroring)
We’re introducing Shared Processes, allowing two organizations to keep process statuses in sync. Updates in one organization are mirrored in the other, with options for one-way or two-way synchronization. Shared processes are clearly labeled across dashboards and detail views. Read more here.

Bug Fixes
Uploading a new file in detail views no longer causes previously uploaded files to disappear. This fix applies to all detail views (Category Groups, Categories, Tags, External Contacts, Issues).
