We’ve introduced a new organisation-level setting to improve compliance around notifications and outbound communication.

What’s new

  • SMS delivery controls – SMS sending can now be disabled per organisation.

  • External email monitoring – Emails sent outside your organisation can be automatically copied to a designated monitoring address.

  • Email transparency – Sent email reports now include the original sender (user).
