Release date: 2026-04-07

Required File Upload for Subprocess Completion

You can now enforce file uploads before a subprocess can be marked as Done.

Previously, this behavior relied on global (Daymi support) configuration. Now, you can configure it directly within each subprocess - giving you more flexibility and control.

What’s new:

  • A require attachment checkbox is available for subprocesses

  • Subprocesses can enforce uploading supporting evidence before being marked as Done

  • An optional description can be displayed to guide users on what needs to be uploaded

Why it matters:

This helps teams maintain proper documentation, improve audit readiness, and ensure critical steps aren’t completed without the necessary evidence.

Team Inbox for Notifications

Introduced a team inbox for notifications. Notifications can now be sent to a shared team inbox instead of individual members, keeping team communication in one place.

Team email can be added through Settings → Teams. If a team email is set:

If no team inbox is set, notifications are sent only to relevant active team members.

More Time to Update Ad-hoc Tasks

You can now have more time to update completed ad-hoc tasks.

Before, tasks were locked after midnight once marked as done, so no changes could be made. Now, you can go back and update them for a few extra days (for example, if something was marked as done by mistake).

💡This extra time for each task board is set by the Daymi support team. To request a change, contact [email protected].

Inactivate User per Organization

You can now make a user inactive in one organization without affecting their access to others.

This is useful when a user is part of multiple organizations but should no longer access one of them. The user will lose access to that organization while remaining active in the others.

Previously, this required help from the Daymi support team to fix access.

Bug Fixes

  • Category and category group lists are now formatted consistently with proper commas and spacing.

  • When inviting an already active user to another organization, the invitation no longer stays pending if the link isn’t clicked. It now updates to accepted automatically once the user has access.

  • When updating the T-date on a quarterly process, the process no longer stays in the original month in Month/Year view (Period view settings). It now appears in the correct updated month after changing the T-date.

  • When a user logs in via SSO without name and surname, the avatar no longer shows UndefinedUndefined, and the text fits inside the circle.

  • Fixed an issue where typing a year in the datepicker input in the subprocess sidebar details (e.g. entering a single digit like 2 or 3) caused the app to show an empty screen.

  • When pasting a screenshot or file using the clipboard (Ctrl + V), only one file is uploaded (no duplicates).

  • Fixed an issue where the Hide blocked toggle did not work in Custom Dashboard editing mode.

  • Users and Approvers can now snooze a subprocess directly via right-click, in addition to using the sidebar (Details → Change Deadline).

  • Saved changes to issues now appear immediately on the details page without needing a manual refresh.
